This time we developped a nautical chart viewer for the Western Yacht Club Ireland. It enables it’s members to view nautical charts of the Shannon Estuary. They can zoom and drag the charts and in the near future they will have the possibility to display clickable hotspots on the charts. These hotspots can be used as a way to earn extra income by way of selling advertisement space in the hotspots. Restaurants and pubs along the coast of the estuary can advertise their business and attract sailors.
